Our aims are to heal and safely strengthen the core muscles that were stretched during pregnancy, increase upper body strength and tone the lower body.
- We begin by warming up mom with flowing yoga and next use baby for weight and resistance, moving and playing as we tone and heal.
- To end we take baby through her own massage and yoga for a peaceful finish so you can both leave relaxed and refreshed
- Yoga class is a great place to meet other moms with babies of similar age to your own.

“Jean’s post-natal yoga class is great! The class gives you a chance to not only get out of the house with your new baby, but also get a good workout and network with other new moms. Jean is great at making sure the moms work up a sweat through yoga, but also giving the babies the attention they need. We even work the babies into the routine, using them as weights for some exercises and doing exercises and massages with them. Post-natal yoga class is a great experience for getting a good workout and bonding with your new baby and other new moms!”
